Yeah... or you create a paypal account which just requires an bank account and then you buy the pack via paypal...

go to a local store and buy a visa prepaid. its only like 3-5 dollars for the card then u tell the cashier how much u want to be put on card.

Just get a debit card from your bank with a Visa or Mastercard logo on it. No reason to waste money buying prepaid cards, unless you don't even have a bank account.
