What game does the art style remind you of most?

thw witch reminds me of American Mcgee's alice cause they are both dark, both have terrible pasts and troubled futures and they both can wield knives.
I can see the first witch being made then a comment by the villagers. Villagers: KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!

First game that came to my mind was Doom 3 because of how shinny/dark/crisp the graphics look.
