Please ban this guy...2

The amount of straight-up intentional trolling in the global chat is somewhat appalling, especially since this is still a closed game with a small in-game community. I thought people would be happy to get into the beta and be excited to play the game and help others. While this is the case for most players, there are still plenty of people out there who find it fun to ruin others' fun. I could probably find an example of this every hour I'm playing.
Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.

We don't really have this problem in hardcore, where trolls usually get sent over to default league relatively fast. :-/
Fourier - Level 41 Templar (Hardcore League)
FourierII - Level 55 Duelist (Hardcore League)
HC Ladder Rank: 7
Just make some sort of bounty system where we can kill his ass on sight in town or something. :-)
I think a little other small problem is, that at the PAX many people get a betakey "for free" or as "giveaway" and these people fills now the chat with many stupid or not helpable things and deliver not the playerquality many other betatesters want in the game at the moment.
In the forum a couple of good people are wainting since long time for a key and they would play and test better then "these" guys (my opinion).

I play at german time every evening 2 till 3 hours (21 till 23 o´clock (Berlintime MESZ). Ive a pen and a paper at my side, try things, testing around and write what i will give at feedback and compare it with the forum (whats known and whats not). Just beta-testing.

Yesterday these guys flood the chat with talking about the size of the BOOBS from the Ranger...
In this childish situations i ask something important for me and no one answere... After the last 2 days I ask myself if these people dont have the enthusiasm to play POE at a closed beta and take this seriously to make the game better with the wanted feedback.

The crown of those discussions was a talking about "Noobs". Hell, thats a ambience between those talkings in a closed betatest :/ A few things need help and everyone is a noob first time, thats a thing we should never forget.

In my opinion, the reason why there's so much trolling is due to the fact that trolling is generally accepted on the forums. Some of these trolls then get keys and inevitably end up trolling in general chat. So, yeah... Its only going to get worse as time goes on.
Aye ignore function would be nice but u guys might want to change chat font, because of L and I.
The other day there was an imposter that was making names that looked identical to other names and using "their" names they were spamming and trolling chat lol. Here's an example
name Ability with L and AbiIty with Capital I looks the same in game, well there's a minor difference in size of letters but almost not visible.
same with Fail and FaiI, they look the same in game and some guy/ppl were using that method to present themselves as other ppl and well, start spamming and leaving ruse comments in chat and whatnot.

Sounds like we need to implement an /ignore feature pretty promptly...

A /ignore would be godly!
