and it never happened before 0.11.1b. I play since 0.10.0 previously, my client would just occasionally crash to desktop, or to log-in screen (mostly when entering a full instance of town). now - Blue Screen Of Death. 1st when attacking a rare Docks Voidbearer with Infernal Blow. 2nd when attacking Perpetus (City Of Sarn unique) with Leap Slam. 3rd just now when just walking in Fellshrine Ruins. I NEED SERIOUS HELP! specs: GPU Radeon HD3650. driver version (AMD Catalyst) 12.4. won't upgrade to a newer version since card is no longer supported, and no problems with this driver whatsoever. EDIT2: I also have a sound problem since 0.11 - background sounds are much louder than music, and adjusting the sound volumes does nothing. What type of sound card do you have?
Are you able to post a DxDiag export into a spoiler tag so we can take a look at the rest of the hardware and see if we can see anything that stands out as a common problem type? (like Creative X-Fi) |

when you get the blue screen the *** STOP: 0x0000007F should be followed by some codes in brackets and dose it say on the blue screen UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP?

" just found a list of codes HERE " since my CPU is AMD and not Intel, I'm a bit confused at this point. I'm also reading two articles right now: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539 http://www.aumha.org/a/stop.php#0x9c Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat Shadow: That was fun Last edited by johnKeys#6083 on Jun 26, 2013, 3:03:37 PM

i was looking here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/137539 that's a bit nuts though getting an intel cpu error when you wouldn't have anything intel related installed on your PC Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

ok so according to Microsoft's article, they mean the Intel x86 architecture, not the Intel processor specifically.
also, the secondary code was 0x0 which according to the small table means "divide by zero". I'll run a memory check to make sure it's not a RAM problem, to be certain it's of software origin. i have exactly the same problems:
- BSoD 7f (0 0 0) half-way through City of Sarn (new) - background sounds loud and unresponsive to controls (they even prevail "mute in background" option and minimising the client) (for a while) haven't tracked the update numbers but i assume they are the same as johnKeys'

" I think the common denominator of both our problems isn't DX 9, as much as it is a 64-bit CPU running a 32-bit Operating System. also, I think this has something to do with the rendering code of the new helmets, because nothing like this happened before. I hope GGG find this conclusion useful for their debugging. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat
