Remove Stats (Str , Dex , Int)

That's quite close to the old system (how many points you got depended on class - marauder got more str from red passives, for example).
The system had some nice points, but was ultimately flawed. Such a system massively reduces build diversity, and forces people making different builds to invest in passives which they're getting basically no benefit from to get to where they want. When all the passives are specific bonuses like that it's simply not possible to set them up in such as way that lets people make all the builds they want without having to take passives that don't work for their build, and those are made more punishing than the current system, where they'll be taking stats, which while not exciting, are useful to all builds in some way.

Actually I dislike the difference in usefullness of the stats.

Most chars would like some Strength. But a Marauder with Bloodmagic does not have any use for Intelligence and even Dexterity is a waste.

Strength gives Melee-Damage and HP. It would be better if Dexterity gives some small amount of attackspeed and Intelligence provides some benefits for Spells.

Actually a Strength-Node means 2% physical Melee-Damage. Since normal Melee-Nodes give 6% and attackspeed nodes 3% every 10 Dexterity could give 1% Attackspeed/Castspeed. And Int could give Elemental Damage. So the Stats are really usefull for every class.

Or the str/dex/int symbols were replaced with other passives, just like the 6% one hand dmg etc. And then you'd gain 3 statpoints for each passive you take. 3 str for the red ones, 3 dex for green and 3 int for blues. Then the stats wouldn't be removed. It's actually pretty much the same system, just without the feeling of picking the "boring" perks :-)

That makes sense, thanks!

I am just not a hardcore gamer anymore. I have gone through so many games it has become blurry for me what I gain from a "Stat" when I place points in it , from game to game. Maybe if the benefit was more obvious on the Passive sheet? I don't know.

This game is surprisingly clear about what each stat does just mouse over the stats either on the start node or in the character sheet.
I strongly disagree with this suggestion. It is on par with free respecs. I find it horrible thinking of all spell slingers running around in full plate.
