Running PoE with 1GB RAM

Thats right folks, only 1GB RAM (exactly 1028GB of RAM)

I've looked around the forums, and most seem to suggest a certain RAMdisk-type thing of their personal choice. I've also come to know about ReadyBoost for usb drives and whatnot. Im looking for ways to enjoy this lovely game, as my laptop no longer works and the warranty expired :(. And im also looking to clarify a few points.


I guess its worth mentioning my specs;

Vista
AMD Sempron Processor LE-1150 ~2.0 GHz
AMD RAdeon 6xxx Series ( this was about ~1-2 years ago and was pretty top notch back then i think, ill update it once the drivers finished updating)

In my machine, Poe Client usually takes 1.5GB I think.

the general question is that can it run on 1GB ram and if so, how? ive been looking into methods like some stated above and i would like some input on users that have tried some methods before

got 1gb ram myself,works at max FPS when playing solo,sometimes suffering lagg spikes when in large groups.the difference that my processor is 4.2ghz AMD fx 4300 quad core

-btw im on medium textures 4X anisotropic[im not expert in pcs and got no idea what is it],no shadows[ALWAYS turn off shadows in all games if you dont have higher/top end pc],also got anti aliasing off.

The game is free. Try it. It wont cost you a dime.

so basically, my processor sucks?

My only other question is how did you optimize the ram to work properly. At this point, im willing to accept anything that does not involve PoE crashing.

i got 512 mb and i run the game on a laptop with no graphics card. problem isnt the game. you run on too high specs.

i have 2 gb ram and it is abit laggy. where can i download more ram ?

to get more ram you must first take the ram out adn them ram it in twice as hard as it was originally installed
