I would enjoy it if they had a miniature Hydra(large bear size?) skill gem. You could have a base bite attack with a random amount of heads per attack and have different breath attacks based on the 3 different heads. The heads could breath cold, fire, lightning or even add a fourth head for a poison attack. They would be kind of slow though...so you best be careful.
