Only 1 weapon at a time. Which is why I think they should give us at least 1 more if we want to dual wield. I think for the $1500 Supporter pack, we've reached a reasonable price to justify having additional effects to allow for matched dual wield effects, even weapon swap effects. You apply the weapon effect to one weapon and it is no longer available in the microtrancations tab since it is now attached to the weapon. As long as it is attached to that weapon, you cannot use it anywhere else.
