Uhm that melee splash bonus is as if i add a area of effect gem that increases in 17% the melee splash aoe, or i take the total area i had before (incluiding buffs and such) and multiply it for 1.17?

There is an issue with some volumes not being reducible on some (but not all) XP installs. We can't replicate that one, so if you have XP, can you post more details to the bug reports forum.

There is another audio issue for people who have changed their configs manually, there are details I believe posted by Rhys in that thread you link.

GGG the speed at which you respond to problems is very impressive.
