" This is just sad. Don't get me wrong I hope his "followers" recognize how awesome this game is and migrate from D3, but the fact that they allow what he's playing to have any bearing on what they've playing or interested in playing is just sad. " Its the same as people who read movie reviews before they go to one, or look at the reviews in Amazon before they buy something. It sounds like POE invited him to review the game and he accepted. So whats with all the negativity? Fight censorship

I think I spent more time watching PoE streaming this weekend than playing.
Kripp had a good stream last night. He did pretty good in the #4 race considering he had never tried melee and spent about 5 minutes pre-planning. The first day he streamed was unbearable though. He had some guy on voice chat that was giving him the wrong answer to EVERY question Kripp asked about the game. I seriously think Kripp would have learned the game 2x as fast if he wasn't listening to that guy. Kungen was quite a bit better imo. He picked up and understood the game mechanics quickly. He was excited about the different mechanics rather than complaining. The funniest thing was when he tried to troll Global chat with "This game sucks. D3 is best!" twice.. but was in local chat. Once he realized it he was cracking up. BeerDude - I liked his stream quite a bit, but didn't see him Sunday. Hoping he does more PoE soon. He's a HoN player. One Other Guy - Can't remember his name and can't seem to get a list of who I'm following on Twitch unless they are live at the moment. He was a veteran player and was farming hardcore maps for the 2 week race. He was #9 on the ladder. Really good. Easily the most informative. People were posting Passive Tree links and he was reviewing them and giving feedback and such. The 4-guy co-op team that were in race #4. - Can't recall any names... these guys were pretty good. A few minutes of their gameplay would go a long way to showing how fun co-op can be even with FFA loot. " ... to let them know the game isn’t going to be very fair from here on out."

The main thing everyone should take away from Kripp streaming PoE is that Chris Wilson felt it worth his time to be in Mumble with Kripp for several hours while watching Kripp play the game.
That alone should be enough for you guys. Having said that, people need to watch more PoE streams in general no matter who it is. If PoE is on the front page of twtich.tv then more people will take a look at those streams and hopefully the game. More people looking at the game translates into more people playing the game and spending money on the game. |

" I think I might have been that "One Other Guy" :D actually i'm pretty sure that was me lol ^_^ Not #9 anymore though D: gotta farm it up tonight! I always thought the future depended on the choices you made.

" Hey Zyx - Yah, I remember your name now that I see it. Nice of you to give out all of those beta keys. " ... to let them know the game isn’t going to be very fair from here on out."

" Agreed. Sadly too many people wanna put down the fame behind Kripp simply because he picked up D3 before PoE. ZOMG ITS BETA TIME!
