basically, the imprint memorize your item's stats, including prefix/suffix, slots, links, and color, then restores it when you use the imprint on the item.

It's only good for crafting, let's say you have 3 godly top tier rolled mods. Then you are using exalts to get more godly stats. When you failed on getting the desired stat, you just use the imprint and restore it, then start all over.

After all that, you still need the exalts to roll the mods, so I doubt this will worth like a mirror. LOL
Grinding hard, barely surviving.

Just got back to the game after a long leave, lots to catch up on.

Hello there, Valued Customer!

When you use an Eternal Orb on an item, it stores the properties of the item in an Imprint which you can later apply to the original item, retrieving the saved properties. The imprint can only be applied to the original item and cannot be traded to other players.

Here are three examples of how to use an Eternal Orb:

You've saved up the 1500 or so Orbs of Fusing to potentially six-link an item that you currently use, but are worried that if you use all the orbs you might end up with less links than you started with, rendering your character unusable. If you use an Eternal Orb on it, you're able to lock in your current sockets and restore them if the fusing operation is unsuccessful.

You're trying to craft an item using the Transmutation/Regal/Exalted method but are worried that, after significant currency investment, your last Exalted Orb will add a mod you don't want. The Eternal Orb would allow you to (at a cost) back up your progress for restoration after an undesired result.

You have an excellent item that someone wants you to Mirror for them, but with a different socket colour configuration. You can now back up your existing sockets, roll the ones they want, Mirror it for them, then restore your socket colours.

These teachings are handed down by the GGG Gods themselves! I have never used this item myself! Buy it and be the first!

I hope this answer satisfies you! If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

That's right! For the mere price of 35 exalts!(min) You could restore the colors you wanted! Why waste the time of trading 35 exalts for 25k chromatics? Can you imagine how many tries it would take you to get your colors back? TOO MANY, BUY NOW for 35 exalts! (min)

Wise words worthy of a king's advisor! I am indeed known to throw spells here and there, behind a wall of meat shields.

or maybe those 2 people sold it way prematurely and the buyer got an excellent deal? We don't know yet.
