Because in full loot open world PvP non-instanced MMOs the mechanisms to victory are all the same therefore without any form of variety there will always be one dominating sector or class and a second dominating sector or class that feeds on the first due to one major or minor flaw in design. 1 player games where you have to grind to get a shot at getting what you want will always dominate multiplayer games where you literally get what you want by building a cookiecutter farming character and then twinking to yourself because no one else is viable to do it.
