DPS BENCHMARKS - MILESTONES PER BUILD (IKEA level GG)

Before we all venture into the new patch, I wanted to get an up-to-date sense of the character sheet DPS ranges that are currently on all live characters, both softcore and hardcore.

Specifically, what are the character sheet DPS milestones that each major build should achieve?
(For example, a Rain of Arrows marauder should be at 10k dps or 20k dps? whereas a lightning strike templar should be at 30k or 50k dps?)

Also, it's worth mentioning that I'm not trying to get freakishly GG unobtainable DPS levels. I'm talking IKEA level GG ranges. IKEA = style within reach.

I just saw Elmo's 90k dps lightning strike build being dissected on Reddit, and he had 90+k effective DPS while packing 10k+ armor and hp. I wonder what his character sheet DPS is compared with the 90k+ in-game effective DPS.

What is the current top character-sheet range of DPS for Bow users (Rain of Arrows / Lightning Arrow)?
I have seen ~20k DPS on the threads (Prooxy, Gankstaboo).

And if 20k DPS is the ceiling for Bow users, WTF? why is it so much lower than these 80k freezing pulse builds?

I'll start off by sharing my build.
I'm a Rain of Arrows Marauder with 18k character sheet dps (fully buffed solo).

Anyhow lv80 ele cleave that can do "no life/no mana regen" maps without counting curses and without counting the shock stacks: 32968 dps

That one shows a 35344 tooltip physical-conversion cleave. Think it was lv82? Not sure if the pic indicating the tooltip dps was posted later, but at least at earliest lv82.

I just checked. His character sheet DPS is ~20k dps. The "60k" dps is if his attack his 3 targets.

Then, by this vein, my character could be a lot more dps.
My Rain of Arrows is 18k character sheet. If it hits 3 targets (which it easily does), then can I call myself an "18 x 3 = 54k" dps character?
