Ok, got a few things:
#1 " Reboot, try the MSI file. #2 " Should not need to reboot, try the MSI file. #3 " May need a reboot here, then try the MSI. If one fixes it, please let me know which one. Thanks for the suggestions, none of them worked.
I did however solve the problem. I created a new user account and installed it through that. Worked absolutely fine. Thanks Last edited by orangedeath#4288 on Jul 25, 2012, 7:45:30 PM

Thanks for the Update. Sounds like the SECURITY settings are messed up on the other account then.

Yeah I had this issue too. I got that error when I downloaded the installer before I had gone to my email to verify my account.
After verifying my account, the installer still didn't work so I re-downloaded the installer and that worked fine. |

I had this problem as well, and solved it the same way (by creating a new account linked to a different email). I suppose what happened was that I tried to download before verifying my account and this caused the problem, though I don't understand why it wouldn't just say that. Silly

May I simplify the solution:
Downloaded insteller before validation -> not working. Downloaded installer after validation -> works fine. So if you encounter this problem, make sure you have validated your account before downloading the installer! Last edited by Dragonese#4414 on May 23, 2013, 5:37:55 AM
