We have a winner.
That and in my old age, the adrenaline affix on QS made it difficult for me to see what was going on at times, ran into danger more than once as well as hitting them on low life to escape just as an unseen puncture had landed.

It happens very rarely when u alt maps also

No warding, means i vendor every other combination i suggest you to do the same.
