" crit is easier because you only need to max one affix with a 40% charge recovery and inner force i get 2 charges for a normal, 5 for a magic and 9 for a rare mob :) perpetual 91% run speed is epic but yea i was like WAHAAAA the odds are 1/200 to get both stats at perfect on 1 flask... Like RNG can become SEMI RNG in chroming armor gloves => gatting red sockets typically. Quicksilvers have a higher chance to get this mods.. i guess.

I've seen a GGG post about this before, just not sure where.
There is a preset chance that an affix remains exactly the same when you use an alt on it. IIRC it's something like 1/9. IGN = Dellusions_Duelist

No Extra Charges mod so it's not perfect in my book I want to be able to use this flask 4 times in a row else it's not worth to occupy my slots.
