Change bandit rewards

Bandit respec is coming, just be patient.
They have confirmed it is happening. Casually casual.

Leveling a character already in their late 80s or even early 90s is a time consuming process for something as silly as the devs deciding to make the +4 ias reward into a +6 ias reward.
