anoint on belt/amulet that gives endurance and frenzy charge those not show/work??

I swear your servers are shitstain disaster, im leveling new character, dcing like 5 times in 7 minutes. Consider spending single dollar on that side thank you. This is some next level league start incident, get to experience it again. God bless you and your servers
