Twist of Fate Bug, cannot open corrupted maps

Can no longer open rare corrupted maps with twist of fate keystone (no fragemnts added to the map), i also have overloaded circuits, the paths not taken and unwavering vision keystones.

Same here. Bug ID: 2 954 643 202.

I'm in standard. When you activate the corrupted map with Twist of Fate, you briefly hear the initial hum of the map device when opening a map, but then nothing happens. No portals open, no message, and the map stays in the device. Tested T7 maps in different regions without voidstones.

I've read that ToF worked for some people before using an astrolabe and stopped working afterwards. I used the quest astrolabe before testing Twist of Fate, so it has never worked for me.
