" Yeah I think they could do open qualifier events where it's just 'complete in 24 hours - get a box, complete in 8, as well as getting your box you qualify for the finals'. Because the qualifier wouldn't be competitive you could pick your own start time. Then have a spectator-oriented finals. I think a lot of people would play the qualifier for fun, and not meet the qualification time... but would be invested enough in the event having participated that they'll then watch the final. Still no points/rewards system like the old, superior poe1 races back in the day. Bizarre.

This, have zero interest as i have zero reward.
At least in POE1 you gave rewards in the last event for players reaching milestones. Own goal as far as i am concerned..... |

A bunch of whiny little Babys complaining and talking nonsense "poe 1 this rewards that u guys shud do this blah blah" just enjoy the event guys, thank you GGG for putting these events on every league, me and my wife play every league and we love these races, its amazing entertainment for us, keep up the good work :D

It's fun to watch, but very discouraging to participate.

" That do and it's why the entire game is designed around the playerbase and not people who engage in racing. Holding events like these that the community can watch is always a good time. There are plenty of events throughout the year for the playerbase as a whole. Just an entitled mindset to have in suggesting they shouldn't hold whatever events they want, especially when they provide us with plenty of non racing ones. |
