What Will Happen When the Keepers League Ends

Keepers of flame cool concept, cool design, banger music, interesting lore 10/10, than we go into mechanic and interaction with all other established game and it's on lower side of the spectrum. League mechanic needs a lot of work on it as Settlers, but we all know it will be forgotten for 5-10ish years and needed to go Core instantly after it's release.
Foulborn Uniques all interest with it ended when it was revealed that it is preditermined mods on Uniques that 1-2% are considered even as worth picking to interact with (you won't get "leveling" uniques while leveling, but after 1st run they also don't matter so it's just a wastefull generation to dilate pool). Tree is very powerfull, even if it will be nerfed, it only means we will go more with Tree + Recomb or Fracture generation (hope that node is removed), and GGG don't want to touch "old Recomb" (a lot of players after it introduction thought that it will be massive nerf to it, but it didn't receive anything just a second option from PoE 2) that already made obsolete a lot of gearing process, available tools, and content. Mechanic, yeah it's fine if it gets some "mayor update/rework after release", Fortress is terrible (needs whole redesign (stale square with unused spaces), and we get 24 waves that is almost completely identical from each one from past encounters (there is no destabilize portals, kill big boss, find general or escort to here (being chain of "events" or different events there) it's just stay still for x minutes till Boom and than leave safely). Only Esh and Tul, i guess we won't see other for years... (fight is good thought, but very tanky) I don't know if GGG noticed, but "even bigger amount of players" are burning out of their even more fast phaced game progression. Moving whole game interaction into even more mindless grinding, while considering that there is more "content" in the game than ever before, PoE only becomes more meaningless and narrow with each update. I wish best for developers, but it feels a lot of decisions and mechanics are off for a lot of past years now. Would say that Expedition was last effort to make game more interactive and meaningful. Please for the love of god confirm that the walls will be gone. Last league felt so awful trying to complete ultimatums whilst also trying to ignore the breach mechanic and getting rid of the stupid walls cluttering up the screen.

God I love get a 6l in white maps with 0 effort, or get x3 t1 es items out of the shitty tree.
Wake up ggg and kill this tree already, if you just remove provisioning tree is geniunely useless, but with it tree is worth more than rog, fossils and essences combined lol. |

Over 90% of the 20 pages of comments mentioned how terrible the wall design was. I'm genuinely curious if the person who designed the wall had ever actually played PoE1?

Anyone complaining about the genesis tree ruining early league loot needs to consider the following:
1. Breach appears in maps for the "first" time, slowing genesis tree. 2. Breach will be bad until you invest into entire atlas tree 3. Breach has walls which will lower interest and market flood of easy 6 link or three T1 item bases. Remember that current league is usually highly accessible for every player and breach will lose that boost in new league. I am not saying breach is correctly balanced, just that we have only a best guess on how breach will impact the economy when it requires atlas and scarab support. We need to consider that breach going core means its gets a balance pass and there is no way to avoid that. Thus if you are complaining about genesis tree, do so intelligently so that your feedback can be constructive criticism, that will assist in feedback being considered. |

This so-called Breach is terrible compared to the old system. It's not fun in my opinion, especially with the introduction of walls. It's 100% annoyance and -100% fun. Please revert.

Wow ... Nice! Thank You GGG! Hope 3.28 is a Banger of a League

" Man, reaching red maps takes about 1–2 days of playtime. Scarabs and atlas passives are a very weak argument for why the tree won’t ruin the economy. Within a day of league start, the entire market will be flooded with T1 rares. After a couple of days, they’ll be worth around 10c |

I don't post a lot here, but this league was one of the worst I've ever played in. The way developers are not accounting for UX and visibility as factors for enjoyable gameplay has pushed me to quit that league very early. Tree, even after balancing, is interfering with many existing and well-balanced mechanics of the game, which will now lose their purpose not only in trade leagues, but in SSF and hardcore altogether. Breach stabilisation is ok. Vanilla Breaches are good. Walls and hives are terrible. This is just another wasted point in the atlas, because this mechanic will be locked out in the future, at least for me. Please reconsider. Have a nice day, and thank you for your time. |
