[Xbox] An Update on Xbox Purchase Delays

Bought the game 3 days ago after wanting to play it forever. My internet is slow so I used my hotspot on my cell phone to download… 120gb and 10 hours later I was ready to play. The weekend was ahead of me.
I bought the game for myself, and bought a second copy for my brother. Haven’t been able to even get passed the title screen once… Talk about disappointing. Truly terrible experience so far. I’m holding onto hope that they fix it in the real near future because it’s pretty hard not to turn around and ask for a refund right now. 2 copies, 4 days, zero gameplay. I got to press A |

This is insane that there still isn’t a fix. Refund the people who bought it and can’t even get past the login screen. The game shouldn’t even be available to buy on the Xbox store until this is fixed. This is now day 5

I know right. No way there isn't a work around to get this Certificate thing sorted without having to use some Tool.
If this was Steam etc it would have probably been sorted within 24hrs. |

Can you guys please just refund all the people who bought this on Xbox. PlayStation and PC are working fine, no reason Xbox players should have our money gone right now, and no possible way to play the game because of a certificate. We have no control over this situation, and bought the game expecting to be able to play. There was no disclaimer that you guys are having issues with Xbox purchases at all.

I've been able to play this whole time but I'm still waiting on my upgrade pack. The notice on the login screen is gone now, is this fixed now?
