An Update on Xbox Purchase Delays Currently purchases made by users on Xbox are not being processed. This is due to an expired certificate used to authenticate us with some Xbox Services. The only solution to this is to renew the certificate. However, there is currently an issue with the Microsoft tool used for renewing the certificate. We are in contact with Microsoft, they have confirmed this issue as a live service incident and are working to get the tool fixed. They have not provided an estimate of how long this will take. Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything to work around this issue until we can renew the certificate. We are very sorry for the delays, any purchases made while this issue is ongoing will be redeemed once we're able to get this certificate renewed.

That's good to know for the future, but I feel like it's a fair question as I already spent the money 2 days ago. I know that there is no place to inform that. Please extend event Phrecia by 2 week longer at least becouse progressing throuht atlas progression collecting idol is long process. Not metioning about building sets for charackter. When I collect these mentioned task I want make fun with having most of that so longer event is that all want. I am also highly disappointed. Not sure disappointed is a strong enough word honestly. I have a computer version but have to buy the Xbox version to play on the console. Yet the purchase won’t go through so I can’t play still despite spending the money. Another day and I may request a refund and not try to fix the issue at all.
