Actually GGG is currently on holiday, so they cant go around doing any extensive work, and figuring out who to ban over this, would definitely require them back in the office.

Im not saying they will ban anyone as I am sure they wont..

but seeing as they are currently on holiday, than no, nothing is for certain until they return.


Also, this is an exploit, and GGG already confirmed it, so people who abuse exploits like filthy dirty little cheaters are not the smart ones here.

Sure you can set up a temple can grind the same currency rn. But it takes a lot longer to set up. Which also means it’s harder to maintain or get “near perfect arrangements”

Effectively a minority of the player base each lapped the heaviest all day no sleep no lifer that can exist this season. And some many times over.

It isn’t about if it’s an exploit or not.

It’s about if those people who were doing it really thought it was intended for them to make that much divine per hour. We all know the answer to that. Which is why they spammed it as much as possible until it got patched.

The sad truth is even if GGG banned them for the season the damage is already done. The economy is going to be screwed wether they get a seasonal ban or not.

The price of some items will remain unobtainable except to those who RMT or spend weeks doing honest farming to get enough currency from selling everything and picking up divines. It’s laughable to consider this season can be salvaged between 2 exploits that injected massive amounts of divines within the first month.

Anyone who thinks this season can be salvaged only need look at the price of any actual piece of bis rn. Normally those items would be a lot cheaper because not nearly as much currency would be in the economy.

This “effect” doesn’t only affect BIS items. It effects anything close to BIS as well typically anything within 10% of BIS. It’s easy to see how screwed an economy is by checking pricing on actual BIS items.

But this is all simple common sense, I don’t expect anyone to understand logic and sense anymore anyway.
