"It was the devs' mistake" is not a get-out-of-jail-free card. If it's clearly unintended and you use it for advantage, that's not some cute innovation - it's just exploiting. You broke the rules, you get punished. Don't like it? Cool, find another hobby that doesn't involve speedrunning the Terms of Service like it's a leaderboard.

Also, this isn't a democracy. It's a private product. You're getting access to someone else's game under their rules. The "but I paid money" argument is nonsense too. Paying doesn't mean you own the place.

Think of it like a bar. You get let in, you follow the house rules. If you start doing something that's obviously not okay - even if it's not written in a 400-page manual - you get tossed out. Simple. If it turns into actual theft or refunds territory, that's a different conversation. But "I bought a drink, therefore I can do whatever I want" is not how reality works.
