Since PoE2 players / devs seems to literally hate PoE1 so much.
Why not go on your own way, make your own name? Why leech on PoE1 while hating on it? Removing everything that made PoE1 in PoE2? Adding things that don't belongs (Doldgeroll, sprint, comboing..) to PoE into PoE2? Why the piggyback on PoE1 while literally hating PoE1? And it's a fact that a portion of PoE2 players literally hate PoE1. I've read so many hateful comments from PoE2 players telling us the things like "Go back to PoE1" "Leave PoE2 alone" "PoE1 kids" "PoE1 gambling addicts" "PoE1 brainrot zoomers"...etc while facing with criticism on their PoE2 game. You people claim that PoE2 is a HIT, a financial success and hate on PoE1 but don't understand the truth that without the "Path of Exile" name on PoE2 with 13 years of excellent reputation behind it, a majority wouldn't care about the game that is PoE2. 1. The pure unbridled rage some of these people feel towards PoE2 amuses me greatly.
GGG isn't taking away the first game. They are making something more in line with modern games as a separate thing. Plus if anything it shares a lot in common with early PoE1 versions - which I love. You don't and that's okay. https://www.pathofexile.com/shop - Support Path of Exile!
