Content Update 0.4.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids

Maybe I'm alone in this but I feel like Gemling should've gotten the new "pick a different starting node" passive, not Pathfinder. Gemling feels much more all-purpose to me, while Pathfinder...I mean, the pieces are there, but it doesn't feel like something that can fit into ANY build like Gemling can to me.
"Waystones can no longer be instilled using Liquid Emotions."

But the liquid emotions drop rate gets a buff?

"Delirium no longer has the reward bar indicator, instead Delirium monsters have a chance to drop Liquid Emotions."

"Delirium Bosses have a guaranteed Liquid Emotion drop and an increased chance to drop higher tier Liquid Emotions."

"Boss Waves in the Simulacrum also drop a guaranteed Liquid Emotion with a chance of being a higher tier Liquid Emotion."

What are we supposed to do with all the liquid emotions if not used on waystones? Amount used on amulets is probably kinda low, right?

What's the point on releasing patch notes on reveal stream, if later on you post several more nerfs that changes builds

After the patch notes, the developers watch streamers who say which builds are still OP and haven't been touched, and make changes to the patch.

With that logic gas and explosive grenades would be nerfed to the ground but still untouched so there is your bad logic. Also shield wall untouched. They are probably to afraid of crybabies like you because i don't see how this 3 skills didn't get balanced because everything else from this 2 weapon types are and will be non played because how overshadowed by this options.

Also to the comment before you. Its beta of course that they balance game frequently thats the purpose of beta you know, everything is subject to change. Especially when will you balance things if not before the league release because after that there is no chance for any balance.
More stronger and less white pollution screen mobs = heathier game experience.

Yeah they lost their purposes, as long as you have few high tier liquids for amulet instill, you are good. And looking at 0.3.0, you can get them pretty easily.

I think now they need to find meaning for liquids otherwise it's going to be a super meh mechanic like expedition. They could make something with amulet instills, maybe powering them up further with liquids or something?

Its the same thing with oils in poe 1, just covert bad liquids into expensive ones and sell them, i bet they are gonna get a massive rework later on when poe 1 gets blight overhaul

Cyclone when?
Vision 0.2 come back. Empty and boring maps are back. Crafting is also a thing of the past. This will be a disastrous league.

Maps got smaller since 0.2
Essences got much better since 0.2
They added Abbys crafting in 0.3
There are new vaal ways in 0.4

I just dont understand those kind of statements. There is big difference between constructive criticism and throwing empty words
Jonathan is unfit for the job. His decisions are awful and senseless! In his wonderful game, there's a problem where, because of the balance, not all builds can efficiently clear high mob density. His solution is to remove the mobs. Because, obviously, running across a huge map with low MS and no mobs is a very interesting and fun game to play. A truly brilliant decision!
I want to be positive here, but I just can't.

40% reduced enemy density but 40% increased quantity does not equal a net-zero change. It is reducing loot by 16%.

Ontop of that, no quant rolls on tablets at all anymore - and the only "buffs" to tablets are buffing the lower side of the rolls.

The removal of towers had such a potential to be a positive move, but tablets were so awful compared to tripple/quad tower setups. Now this.

On the bright side, these can mostly be remedied by just upping some numbers and bringing back the quant tablets (with buffs).

I love POE because there is always an up - but times like this, up looks awfully low.
