Uh...maybe both? Sure, you can use skills at 100% speed. But the nerf to movespeed means you'll be back to spamming dodgeroll to avoid lame boss 1-shots again. Which means you won't be on the Rhoa. Which means it was nerfed.

The video lacked any hype, they failed on their "endgame focus" promise in a HUGE way, and the patch notes reflect tiny nudges that don't matter for the most part. Maybe their staff just got caught up in watching YouTube videos or their favorite streamers for 3 months.

Extremely underwhelming. As a POE2 shill I will be skipping this league.

POE1 had 6 years of exclusive development time. POE2 needs the same love.
Sunset POE1 or increase the development time between each game's release.

They removed "15% increased Movement Speed while mounted," so I'd argue it's buffed in terms of moving while using an attack but it's nerfed in the movement speed sense and probably in the overall clear speed.

Also they nerfed runes. Now maximum 1 major rune. So no 60% ms boots.

GUYS, PLEASE, the game is still in 'beta', so let's be polite and give constructive feedback, without swearing or rudeness, please.

I'm sure the game's developers and designers are doing their best.

They need feedback to improve the game and make it better and better, and that doesn't happen in a few months. It takes a lot of time, dedication, and effort.

I'm sure they'll manage to implement everything the community is asking for, one way or another.

Hey...at least we got a ton of new skills that are even more gimmicky and 'combo' based full of nonsense than usual. Oh boy because no one wants to pick a skill they like and just use it and go from there. POE 1 literally has more buttons you push and more combat than poe 2. Poe 2 just has a ton of terrible skills that people try to solve the 'combo' aspect from and spam it. The fact that spell remnants are still in the game alone is so terrible.

I expected this. This support was mega broken on grenades clearing. Now you just have fire projectiles in a circle. Probablly to weak now but still usefull if you have mirror tier dmg lol

Doubt that it affects grenades that much but rather LA or explosive shot which abused it...
