Good, most of these nerfs were expected.
Surprised you didn't nerf ES lom or evasion per int mastery, int stacking is still broken af.
Life/mana lom could use a buff too, 4 flat life or mana is pretty sad it barely gives more than a single 7% life or 10% mana mod on a rare jewel and damage lom are pretty much always more efficient.

How to determine the rarity of a Destiny Card?

The Gravepact Passive Tree cluster now grants Chaos Resistance instead of Minion Accuracy.

Are those minion chaos resists or player chaos resists?
What about small minion accuracy nodes in Spiritual Command wheel? Are they removed or changed?

Does the Primal Owl Bloodline Ascendancy work with things like Blade Vortex? Would the second blade get 5% damage, third blade get 10% damage, fourth 15% damage and so on?

Ah extra Alva nerf I see. I guess the people who complained about it not being nerfed enough got their wish.

So, all meta endgame juicing strats have been deleted, except of blight.
GGG wants us only to farm Breach 2.0 (if it's even gonna be rewarding) or dualbox Blights.
Very lame and sad.
