Maybe Mercenaries will go to standard but be disabled for leagues. In addition to avoiding any balance issues with mercenaries for the leagues (such issues would remain on Standard but it's Standard anyways), that would also prevent issues with mercenaries obtained from league being ported over to standard in cases where the account already has three mercenaries on Standard.

On Halloween? Having to choose between celebrating a beloved holiday with friends and family and enjoying a long-awaited game - that's a lose-lose situation for a lot of us. |

Please don't bring Mercs to Core. Mercs give power to the player. That power needs to be adjusted for end game. End Game being more difficult means we will all have to learn to min-max mercs to do the same things we used to do without them. That's not fair, and that's why I skipped this league. If I wanted to be not good enough, I'd play Diablo.
