Only one omen was in inventory active during the whole instance, was not triggered in combat.
not working i run every map like this (after 0.3.1 the tablets vary)  additionally - if another omen would have been consumed.. it should have said so in the chat, yet the log had no messages about consumed omens Last edited by SasuchiSSJ#5664 on Oct 2, 2025, 4:19:04 AM

+1 same for me.
Happened multiple times, but sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The last time it did not trigger was after a successful previous trigger. So this may be a way to try and reproduce the bug, it doesn't happen 100% of the time (maybe it fails only after a successful trigger) |

Stoneold bug, still present, highly annoying at higher levels when loosing xp, got again killed with no Omen consumed - and I had 10 in store and no prior death through.... don't laugh .... ignited ground....

Also wondering if it is because of titan inventory? Have you used other omens from the titan inventory?

It worked in Titan Inventory in v0.2.x. Checked that.
