" Euhm, no, i don't think so. The patch notes state multiple changes to evasion. One was that the displayed estimate for evasion is now based on monster level 82, down from 84. This one by itself would absolutely need to display an increased estimated chance to evade, not a decrease. However, a second change mentioned is the changed formula for monster's chance to hit, which i can't tell the impact from since i don't know the previous formula. And the third change of lowering base evasion from 27 to 7 and no longer scaling evasion with player level can only result in a decreased chance to evade, seems to me. In any case, the net result also feels like worse defense than before. I think you may be confusing the formula change and the display change as 1 change and not taking into account the third one ? Did Evasion get a somewhat nerf? My rating went from 89% to 79%.

What about rathpith focus not adding damage and crit with hp every 100 and having funny stats on damage output ?

Good patch to me. Remember its early access we are supposed to test things out don't be so doomer over the tower changes every1 and lets fuck shit up

this patch is garbage. most changes you list aren't reflected in game. fire/ice is all over the place, bonus content from tablets aren't being applied properly, nerf on evasion really... cmon you can do better

" Players no longer receive Evasion Rating scaling with level. Player base Evasion Rating is now 7 (previously 27). This will result in all classes having a 5% chance to evade baseline at level 1 with no equipment. |
