Because it's not proper forum etiquette to revive threads that are over a year old.

Not only are the problems NOT the same anymore (due to time and fixes), but the information within is rarely relevant. The issue you are having is NOT the same issue as a year ago. While it still might be an instance crash, it is NOT the same instance crash as before, and digging up an old thread is not productive.

In addition to that, the Support forum is like a trouble ticket system. We like each user to create their own thread so we can help them individually based on their own specific issue without other people's issues (which are likely unrelated) getting in the way.

The ONLY time when you should be posting YOUR issue into an already existing thread is when asked to by support staff in order to gather data on a known problem (like a regional network outage). In your case, your "issue" probably doesn't need a thread at all as you seem to be experiencing an instance crash, and they know about the instance crashes and there is nothing else anyone can do to help you with them. Instance crashes happen. There is nothing you can do to prevent them. There is no support we can give in relation to them other than "sorry it happened, better luck next time". GGG is aware and are working on fixing them all.

So in the future, rather than reviving a year old thread with possibly unrelated issues, please create your own thread.
