Multistrike Skill Combinations?

Some good suggestions. Thank you guys. New ideas to test and tweak on.

I haven't used multi, but I understand the game mechanics and the numbers. For an ele cleave build you could just go for pure attack speed, so cleave with multi FA and WED.

" I believe there is a misunderstanding. What I meant is that there is no point in using a Multi+Leap Slam combination when you already run a Cleave build, they are both built around doing the same thing and are therefore redundant. |

Multi strike+ Lightning strike, lawnmowing everything, and fps lags your whole map group, by spamming.

I tried out the Lightning strike today. It really just mows stuff down, but it eats mana like a boss if you add WED and LMP

How does Multistrike interact with raise zombie? Does the zombie then multistrikes? or a spectre or similar?
