Multistrike Skill Combinations?

I have been using a Ele Cleave generic build with some mods to the tree on personal preference. But Melee skill wise, what is a good skill combination to use with Multistrike, it just dropped for me in the Fellshrine Ruins and I wanted to experiment with it.

It's not good for a Cleave build, but if you ever get bored try out Leap Slam and Multi, it's frickin' hilarious.

" Why do you say that? I'm using it on my marauder in a 4 link and would be tearing through most of a2/a3 merciless if I only had higher resists. As it stands I've managed to get to a3 docks without grouping using Cleave+Multistrike+Melee Phys Dmg+WED. |

I have tried it with Viper Strike, Cleave (Which is pretty insane when coupled with FA, LL, WED) The swings are so fast. Sweep is also pretty cool to pair up with it. I will give leap slap a go. Dual Strike is pretty nuts as well, looks like he is doing a knife commercial when dual wielding. Its slices, dices, wait its dead lol

" Totally skipped my brain to use the Melee phys with it, I was running Fast Attack, Wep Elem, and Multi for my Cleave 4L. So many combinations, how can people get bored! |

With my 4L cleave running wrath and anger I'm hitting at 5aps and about 2500 damage per attack. If I stack 3 frenzy charges with blood rage I get to 5.67 aps. It's pretty damn good at clearing groups of mobs quick.

Multistrike Leap Slam is probably the best thing in the game.
