Molten vault Bug

I killed the boss in molten vault 2 times, and the quest item ươn’t drop, i even turned off item filter to see if it’s the filter, but nothing! Pkease fix it! Thanks

You're not alone. I guess it isn't just me. Won't kill a third time today if its a common bug.

Same as me, I tried resetting, and logging off as well. I killed him three times and still no hammer drop.

I should have checked here sooner. First I thought it was a bug with killing him too fast, so I slowed it down. Even made sure he died well away from the lava. After 6 tries I finally decided to see if anyone else was having the issue and here we are... lol

I killed 2 times, no quest item drop!
