I'd need to see a log file to say with certainty, but this is almost certainly a Driver TDR.
Does this still happen while using a Clean Boot? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

This exact thing happens to me every time i play the game. Approx 1-2 times per hour... really frustrating bcz i play multiplayer and the game dods not pause...

Same here. I've only had this problem starting this league.
It is definitely because of the game. Sometimes I get that loading screen even twice a map. It's frustrating af. |
