Didn't get alva skill points book starting act 4

Starting the act 4, I just press the button to skip the dialog with alva, then I saw she was giving the book with 2 skill three points, but was late. Then she was gone and cant get the book.

So, it is missing 2 skill three points.

How do I get this book?

In Act 4 you don't get passive points from Alva. Look in https://maxroll.gg/poe2/getting-started/permanent-stats-from-campaign#act-4-header
