Act 4 Alva Quest Item Bug

Upon entering Act 4, you approach Alva where she gives you a reward before her departure. If your inventory is full, you have no way of grabbing the item and putting it into your inventory. If you put the item back into Alva's quest inventory to free up some space, she walks away with your quest reward item with no way of retrieving it. Clearly, this shouldn't happen as she should wait in her active quest state until the item has been claimed by the player.

I don't even know what I missed out on since she walked away with my reward. Was it 2 weapon swap skill points? Spirit? A resistance buff of some sort? Who knows.

Would be fine it will be fixed, as Alva walks away.... and Rog is not bearing the reward item.

i personally just spammed the button and she also just walked away with my reward.. it is 2 skill points, so pretty significant!

So that GGG notice, that this quest and it's feature (Alva walks away w/o chance to again recive the reward - in this case 2 skill points) has big impact on builds and gameplay.

Make that Alva in act3 will give you rewards when you do not pick it at act4.

Update:

Logging in today I noticed that I had a NEW quest from Danning to get an item to give to the lady on the ship.

Upon completing the campaign, I have:

All 24 weapon set passive points

100 base spirit

-40% base resistances

I'm not totally sure if the item that Alva attempted to give me got transferred to Danning. Regardless, GGG must look into this.

It happened to me also, so I went to watch the exact moment in a streamer vod to understand what I've lost.
the item is just the boat pass that you get anynway, not a skill book like someone elese said. So it's all good.

Happened to me also just now..

This happened to me as well last night, clicked through the conversation too fast. Alva walked off and I don't see how I can recover the missed item
