Act 4 Alva Quest Item Bug

i can at this point also confirm, it is not a skill point book! my comment above was wrong. it is just a quest item that doesn't matter.

same thing happen to me hoping it was not a skill book I have read a few people say its not and I will go with those

Hey, for anyone still wondering.... Its not a skill book and it doesnt actually come from Alva, It comes from Rog and its just a boat charter. Looks like a book so I can see why people would get confused. Hope that helps. Best wishes.
