Hello, I applied the new update and then the game crashes before it even starts. I keep turning my computer off and on.

Hi,
The first troubleshooting step would be to verify your client's files, as it's always possible something became corrupted during the update process. Standalone client users can run the "PackCheck.exe" file in their game's install folder to do this. Steam & the Epic Games Launcher each have the option to do this. If you'd like a step-by-step guide, please let us know both which client you're using, and which Operating System you have (e.g. Windows 11; macOS 15 Sequoia). Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
