Passive skill point not granting passives after killing "The Abominable Yeti" after instance crash

I completed "The Abominable Yeti" quest accepted the quest reward then the instance crashed and my skill book was gone, and no matter how many times i go back to kill him it does not give me the quest reward drop or the option to claim the reward in town.

i have the same problem but without crash, the only 2 points im missing, tried to kill him few times but he doesnt drop a book
