Activation failed. Map is not accessible. - POE 2

all I got are endless loading screens and infinite latency if instance does load. Never happened in either POE2 or POE1. It feels like servers are not giving permission for the instance to load.

Either "failed to load instance" or "failed to connect to server" whenever I open a map. Sometimes I throw in another one to override the old map and it works, until I try the next one. So basically I'm eating up all my maps to be able to play 1/3rd of them.

When I put in a Waystone and start a Coalesced Corruption or Kalguurans expedition map the game always crashing to desktop

I FIXED THIS BY OPENING ANOTHER MAP AND REMOVING THE WAYSTONE FROM THAT MAP INSTEAD OF THE ONE I WAS TRYING TO GO TO

still not fixed on my end either, derelect mansion isn't opening for me, after doing all the pre-bs required.
