Activation failed. Map is not accessible. - POE 2

On a tower it can be fixed I just opened the tower witout a waystone then I inserted waystone and after I finished the tower the the waystone was still in the tower preserved and could be picked back from it. Vendored it tho so its not an exploit

Main path I was following totally just hit a wall cant progress any further :)

I happen to have such map this way bugged as well.

standard serv - and this map was pretty close some old (from 0.1 maybe even) finished tower... maybe this is the clue.

And as well - near new from 0.3 patch map node (cant remember now name but the one that lightning are going and require special map/item to use) - right near it there is node that line is not touching it - everything around completed but this one is not accessible.

Small issues no bigger problem from this but adding my 2 cents so will be known its popular issue? :)

Maps are bugged, cannot start any of them.

Edit: other connected to previous completed map somehow worked, dont know why because earlier I tried to open at least 10 random nodes everywhere

Edit2: Again, cannot enter further (corrupted) nodes...
