Higher Rarity enemies are now less affected by Curses. Curses have 15% less effect on Magic monsters, 30% less effect on Rare monsters, and 50% less effect on Unique monsters.
Why they reverted that change, they not long ago removed this shit from poe1 by here we go again, same mistakes again. |

No mention of improving client performance? What's the point of having more content but still suffering from audio bugs, FPS drops in the endgame, and high latency issues?

The Bones of Ullr Unique Boots now provide 20-30% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills which create Undead Minions, instead of Undead Minions have 20% reduced Reservation.
Reservation Efficiency of Skills I have no clue what this means, but it better not make minion unique gear any worse than it is right now. |

Why the change to Galvanic Shards? It wasn't broken or overpowered, it was just the best FEELING crossbow skill. Yall hyped crossbows with one of the skills being an auto shotgun but yall get rid of that why? because its too fun? because all the other crossbow skills feel awful for clearing in comparison? because you dont have to press 3 buttons to clear white mobs? Seriously what gives?

Overall I am very happy with the patch, but two skill balance changes I am very unhappy with, especially seeing you did touch them but they will not be enough and now I fear they won't get touched for at least 2 more patches or more.
Spear of Solaris and Suppressive Fire. Suppressive Fire will possibly enough to at least clear white mobs now, if you playing a minion build. But minion builds on Tactcian just suck. Spear of Solaris basically didn't even tickle a Boss before, not even enough to kill a Rare. Why did you even nerf the initial hit? Even that didn't kill ANYTHING. Honestly with changes like these I feel like some of these skills that are just not popular don't even get playtested by a real human player. I simply refuse to belief somebody playtested this and said:"Yeah that feels good" Both of these skills were my single biggest reason to be hyped in 0.2 and both were a complete letdown. Absolutely crushingly disappointing. I will definitely try to make Suppressive Fire work as a clear skill now, hopefully let's see. But with Spear of Solaris I don't even need to go into the game and test that. It is not enough. We are talking landslides not enough. The Hit needs to deal at least 4 or 5 times the damage and the DoT needs to deal like 10 times the damage. I did a build investing into heavy stuns just to be able to spam Spear of Solaris and the frequency of uses does feel very good, but they do not ahve any impact, I can't even kill a rare with one spear, even if it remains in the area for the entire time. |
