Content Update 0.3.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict

Warrior has always been my go to for league start, im gonna give it a shot but im hesitant, i dont like seeing nerfs without clear reasons why. Probably gonna try shield warbringer since shield skills got a buff.

I am screwed, all my home brew builds where Deepest Tower. The Update must be great since almost everyone likes it. Hope the unarmed monk I will try in this Abyss League will come good.
wasn't this suppose to be Karui patch/league ? (promoting act 4)

I thought warrior was going to get buffed to OP level just like how amazon was back in dawn of the hunt. what with these less life, less max block, totem required accuracy bc resolute technique got nerfed, also totem 50% less attack speed and shockwave totem even needed other skill to create Jagged Ground to max its damage ? what ?!
A couple notes.

if frost walls are going to deal 80% less damage for the first .5s, we need a visual indicator for when they are ready to be popped with Snap.

frost bomb is now unusable. what makes you think 6s cooldowns are viable in this game?

what is the USE rate for all those "adds 6 or 8s cooldown" supports?

Time will soon tell stability and functionality. Any mass framerate drop and im out again for the league, as should everyone else!

and armour is still fake, even with all those 'amour also applies to elemental dammage" stuff
Hello i currently have 2880 hours in this game i truly feel like a have a good understanding after playing and testing alot of yours builds and skills. There needs to be spell leech nodes on tree or is bloodmage seriously gonna be the only spell leecher i would love to do chaos spell chayula with leech but there are no sources of spell leech. GGG if i dont see nodes or atleast a unique that makes spell leech apply to mana i will probably be a bit upset as that will open doors to way more builds. Also fire spell on melee smith needs a buff there is 0 possible chance you plan to leave that as is.

Imagine having act 4, the act where we should have Marauder, okay. Well we still have warrior who is melee.

And they're absolutely nerfed into the ground?

Blockchance, nerfed.

Perfect strike, nerfed.

Rolling slam, nerfed.

Warrior ascendancy for fire res, nerfed.

Totems now scale with weapon instead of just + Skill, which means you need to find a godly weapon and + skills to reach the same damage, nerfed.

Totems attack speed, nerfed.

Giants blood, nerfed.

Resolute technique, nerfed.

AOE nodes on passive tree have been 25% nerfed. (Going to bet its all the warrior side of the passive tree.)

Sunder no longer guaranteed crit, nerf.

Inferno clasp used for Smith of kitava, removed from game.

Smith life regen, nerfed.

Smith fire resistance, nerfed.

Armour can absorb some elemental damage before resistance kicks in. (WoW, they still get destroyed in one big slams. Literally useless.)

Passive blocking, nerfed.

Turtle node on Warbringer no longer blocks damage from all sources, now it lets in 30% of all damage no matter what but allows you to stack block chance to 75% again. But since it lets in 30% of damage no matter what it's still a nerf.

Am I missing something here? Where's the buffs?

Evasion got a buff with deflect making it from. "Top teir" to "Godly."

It's such a joke seeing their banner say. "All classes buffed" when Warrior literally had its knee caps blown out and tossed into a ditch, for what?

Because Warrior was the fastest speed runner in Campaign? (AKA The tutorial?) And that Smith of Kitava had alright HC numbers because its, wait for it. The defensive Ascendancy?

Maybe the new passive tree changes are godly, maybe the new abyss crafting is godly, maybe they actually put health nodes on the passive tree. IF not, then they nerfed warrior from dead last in class power tree to dead last on the class power tree.

And if they were nerfed because of speed running, that entire mechanic was because of Rake+Stomping ground spam, and disengagement spam which was spears not warrior.

0.3.0 is the minion patch, can't wait to see 70% of the class population be minion players again.
So concoction skills are still unable to use any reservation skills with martial weapon requirements. Why? As a pconc player I can't get access to defenses because you need so much investment in poison, and I also can't run essential defensive auras. Don't get me started with bleeding concoction. That's even worse. Remove the bleed aura from a bleed build.
