You need to request a visit to your home and have them run a packet loss test back to their hub/modem endpoint. I doubt the router is the problem (can be, but unlikely).

If it's your personal router, sure test another one then run the same WinMTR test.

Maybe run your test while the tech is on site and show them what is happening. Packet loss is very easy to trace if it's consistently happening.

Hi, i have a Similiar Issues after a few months of Pausing Playing POE2
on the F1 ingame Graph i see the Network MS are hopping between 25 to 80 or something. Sometimes it spikes then to 250+ and i get a freeze ingame for 1-2 Secods and it gets back to normal

I tried Amsterdam and Frankfurt - Issues happening
on Milan no Issues - im From Germany

Packet loss happening at the Cogentco (3rd hop from the end) or the Servers.com handoff to the game server. This is likely why you only experience with certain servers. Not a lot you can do but post the issues here and hope GGG can reach out to their server hosts.

In this case with connection issues poe1 / poe2 are in the same realm of troubleshooting.
