They're not balanced for the base game. Events are another story.

The only phrecia ascendancy I could see coming to the base game at some point would be scavenger and then swap around the uniques every league, maybe commander but idk, kinda hard to say because these were designed on the fly, for a quick event to pass time. If they got ported over id like to see more depth with the ascendancies imo.
Prime example, compare all 3 templar phrecia ascendancies vs the base game templar ascendancies, in a different universe with how well the base game templar ascendancies compare to the terrible phrecia ones. |

Just give us scavenger since Ascendant is dogshit and only really relevant for armour stacker.
Love the games. PoE1 way more so than PoE2, but still enjoying both.
