Ultra fast attack speed

Now, I just need to figure out a way to be able to spam split arrow lol

I used to have a ranger with over 5 attacks per seconds with frenzy before the charge system was changed.

Yeah just use Qill Rain. 7 frenzy charges with QR is already something like 9 aps, add in some attack speed passives and some attack speed gear and you can hit around 15 aps, though because of how awful QR is damage-wise, you'll need to run the flat elemental auras and use only the autoattack to deal damage.

The main reason to even get 15 aps w/ QR is for fending/projectile weakness knock-back on hit, and other proc effects (of which are quite few atm).
