Memory tears not spawning in maps ( after the patch ? )

Can you please do something about this. Literally going to be the only challenge left for me at the end of the league. It is clearly bugged. Please fix it. Why do you do this every league. It's like pulling teeth getting this company to do things that should have already been done.

You guys are gonna need some serious "Luck" in the future.

Same here. Tried various t16 and t16.5 maps with and without influence, spammed Kirak's missions, tried everything that was recommended on Reddit, no memory tears. So frustrating :(

No memory tear after finishing questline. In SSF it is even worse because i cant buy new bosses items from other players :(

List of things that don't work:

Removing influence from area (ANY TYPE)
Adding influence from area (ANY TYPE)
Maven Witnessing
Running T(insert number here, i've multiples of every tier now)
Configuring atlas to only take memory nodes
configuring atlas to have absolutely nothing specced
configuring atlas to block all content
configuring atlas to block all content and take memory nodes
configuring atlas to block all content, then influence/maven witness map device
configuring atlas to block all content and take memory nodes, then influence/maven map device.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T1 maps.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T2 maps.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T3 maps.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T4 maps.
.....etc.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T16 maps.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T16.5 maps.
configuring atlas to block all content, and take memory nodes, and run T17 maps.
Same as above but dont take memory nodes
Run Kirac maps (~150ish sample size)

I thought this earlier, checked my league starter and my heist runner, both had nothing. Ran a few 'naked' maps on my heist runner, my league starter is not geared so i did not try with that.

However, i just found my first memory since the questline in a normal rarity t16 map with everything blocked on atlas and only the nodes to increase memories taken (the ones at the top above maven stuff).

I ran somewhere in the realm of 600 maps without seeing one memory tear.

Some of these were juiced to no end, but most of the maps i farmed today had no extra content, so it just randomly showed up in one of those after running maybe ~40 normal rarity maps with everything blocked on atlas.

Hope i can keep replicating this to complete the challenge.
